Our Story
My name is Tyler Veal and I started Eat Fish Company because I love catching, cooking, and eating fish.
I've had the pleasure of fishing and eating Ahi from Hawaiʻi, White Seabass, Halibut, and Yellowtail from California, Dorado and Pargo from Mexico, Grouper and Wahoo from Florida, and outstanding oysters, crabs, and other shellfish from the Northeast and Pacific Northwest.
I've seen firsthand that the best fish isn't just caught — it's cared for. Small-scale fishermen take pride in every detail, from the way it's handled on the boat to how it reaches the dock.
Since the ocean is always shifting, Eat Fish Company keeps up with that change to make sure your kitchen is always stocked with the freshest, most cared-for seafood.
